Hey everyone! I'm new to building PCs and just started diving into the world of PC gaming. I currently have a GeForce GTX 1660 that my brother gave me, but I'm looking to upgrade for playing some upcoming games, specifically the new Indiana Jones and Mafia titles. The local PC shop recommended either the ASUS RTX 4060 Ti or the 4060 CO, but I'm not really clear on the differences between them. I'm not too concerned about having the absolute best graphics or high FPS; I just want to make sure the games run smoothly. Sorry if this question seems a bit basic, but I've mostly been a console gamer until about eight months ago!

Before you pull the trigger on a new GPU, just make sure your power supply is up to snuff! Upgrading from a GTX 1660, either the 4060 or 4060 Ti will give you a nice performance boost. I personally recommend the 4060 Ti with 16GB of VRAM since some games nowadays can eat up to 10GB, even at 1080p. It's better suited for 1080p and can handle some titles at 1440p, although it might struggle a bit. If you're sticking with 1080p and go for the 4060 Ti, you should be set for smooth gameplay—probably won't even need DLSS to keep above 60 FPS!

I have an EVGA 700 GD with a max power of 700W. Do you think I need to upgrade that too? Thanks for the advice—it really helped clarify things!
