I'm currently preparing for the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification and I'm seeking suggestions for good courses to follow. Does AWS offer any hands-on lab practice options or guided learning paths similar to Google Cloud Skill Boost that wouldn't rack up a bill on my personal AWS account? I explored AWS Skill Builder but found it to be quite pricey for subscriptions. Any recommendations for courses or resources that won't break the bank would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely go for the Tutorials Dojo practice tests along with either Udemy or ACloudGuru for their tutorials. They complement each other well!
I recommend Udemy or ACloudGuru, but keep in mind there’s a cost involved. It’s really beneficial to get some hands-on experience, so try building something practical while studying!
Adrian Cantrill's SAA course is fantastic! His explanations are super clear, making it easy to take notes. I believe it's the best value. I’m currently going through the course right now - highly recommend it not just to pass the exam but also to properly understand the fundamentals: [https://learn.cantrill.io/p/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate-saa-c03](https://learn.cantrill.io/p/aws-certified-solutions-architect-associate-saa-c03)
Check out the free labs in the AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner game from the Skill Builder. If you find it useful, spending $29 for a month gives you access to over a hundred labs that really add value. There’s a lot more content available too!
I used Skill Builder but didn’t find it too helpful since the courses felt too general. I leaned heavily on the enhanced prep course for focused study. Tutorials Dojo was a game changer for me with their mock exams, which are quite challenging compared to the actual exam, helping to solidify my preparation.
You should consider taking Stephane Marek's courses on Udemy, and couple it with practical tests from Tutorials Dojo. For a detailed roadmap, check out this thorough guide: [https://www.compacompila.com/posts/my-aws-journey/](https://www.compacompila.com/posts/my-aws-journey/)
I totally agree! This course is not only useful for the cert, but it also lays down the fundamental concepts effectively.
