I have a dual-boot setup with Linux Mint and Bliss OS on my Toshiba Satellite C55-A5172. Recently, while updating Linux Mint, I found that the Bliss OS bootloader stopped appearing after a restart. This has happened before, where the update seemed to mess with the boot order, causing Linux Mint to boot first. I previously fixed it using efibootmgr, but now Bliss OS isn't even showing up in the list. Someone recommended using the UEFI boot selection menu to set the default entry, but I'm not sure what that means or how to do it. I really need to access Bliss OS. Any advice on how to fix this?

You might want to try Super Grub2 Disk to check if the Bliss OS partition is still bootable. If you're not using GRUB, perhaps consider it. It’s pretty reliable once set up correctly!
Why are you not simply using grub?
Have you checked if you can change the boot order directly in the UEFI settings? Most modern UEFI systems have an option to do that, and it could be the simplest fix for your issue!
I'm a Linux Noob. Setting up this dual-boot PC is a long story. I just started using the first thing that worked.
