Help with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Not Working on KDE Plasma

I'm using KDE Plasma on Manjaro, which I think is based on Arch. Unfortunately, both my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi hardware aren't functioning in the settings. I've tried reinstalling BlueZ via the terminal and adding Blueberry, Bluedevil, and other BlueZ plugins through the app manager, but it feels like I broke something when I removed Bluetooth from the settings. I even tried switching to KDE Kubuntu, but that didn't work either, so I'm back on Manjaro. My hardware is an Asus v-m.2 PCIe. I'm not very tech-savvy and don't really know how to troubleshoot this through the BIOS. If you need more details about my hardware or software, I'm happy to provide them!

I had a similar issue with my Asus laptop; it came with a Mediatek Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, which honestly doesn't play nice with Linux. Run `lspci` in the command line to check if you have a Mediatek card too. If you do, swapping it out for a different one can be a good fix; it's usually straightforward to change them out!

I ran the command and didn’t see anything about Mediatek. I could take a photo of the actual card if that helps! Just a heads up, it’s a desktop, so digging in will be a bit of a hassle.

To troubleshoot the Wi-Fi issue, start with your chipset. Follow the guide on Arch Wiki for wireless networking. It outlines the proper steps for configuration. Make sure your device is enabled and recognized by the system. Check everything from the physical switch to the necessary drivers.

I started following the guide, and I got to the step where I ran `ip link set wlp*** up`, but it gave me an error: "rtnetlink answers: operation not permitted." What should I do next?
