The Crucial P3 Plus has been discontinued and isn’t a particularly strong choice for a new build. Consider a currently available alternative such as the Patriot P300, P320, P400 Lite, or Fanxiang S880, and check reviews and warranty support before purchasing.
The Terra’s limited CPU-cooler clearance can hold back sustained CPU performance and leaves you with fewer upgrade options later. A slightly taller case such as the Thermaltake TR100 offers room for a 240mm liquid cooler, costs less, and has a similar footprint, although the Terra is a reasonable choice if you prefer its design.
