I'm planning a new PC mainly for gaming and coding, with some light video editing as well. My total budget is ideally under €1,800, and I live in Amsterdam. I already have an HDD and SSD, so those can be left out of the budget. The case in my current parts list is only a placeholder. I may also need a monitor, although I haven't set aside a specific budget for it yet, so monitor suggestions are welcome but optional.
I'm particularly unsure about the motherboard. In the past I've usually bought inexpensive boards that simply supported the processor I could afford, but this time I'm choosing more powerful components and want to make sure the motherboard won't limit them. I'm also comparing a PSU from be quiet! that costs about €30 more but has a longer warranty, and I'm not sure whether the extra cost is worthwhile. One correction: the memory kit is actually 2×8 GB, rather than the configuration shown in the parts list.

For a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the Gigabyte B850M Eagle or B850 Eagle would be a sensible baseline. They provide capable VRMs, so the motherboard shouldn't hold back the processor under normal gaming or productivity workloads. You don't necessarily need an expensive high-end board unless you specifically want extra connectivity, expansion, or overclocking features.
For the power supply, I'd look at the Chieftec Vega M 850W. An 850W unit gives the system plenty of headroom, assuming the rest of the component choices match the expected power draw.
