I recently created an AWS account and completed the signup questions. AWS then asked me to verify my identity by uploading several documents, which I submitted. My account was later suspended for supposedly missing documents, and I'm now being asked for a statement from the payment card used during signup. The card is only about a week old, so no statement has been generated yet. What alternative document can I provide, and how can I get the account reviewed?

Contact AWS Support and explain that the card is new and hasn’t produced a statement yet. Ask whether they can accept another form of proof, such as a recent transaction record or a bank-issued document showing the cardholder and payment details. Account verification usually has to be handled by AWS directly, so there may not be a workaround through the signup page.
The missing statement is probably why the verification was marked incomplete. Uploading “everything” won’t help if one specifically requested document is unavailable, so tell AWS clearly that the card is only one week old and no statement exists yet. Ask them what substitute they accept rather than uploading an unrelated document.

Support can be difficult to reach when the account is suspended, but keep the explanation short and include the verification case details. Also make sure every uploaded document matches the account name and billing information exactly.
