I'm interested in a smart electronic bracelet with no display and a very limited purpose: storing an Android-compatible digital wallet credential and functioning as a digital car key through UWB, similar to how some phones and smartwatches work. Is this technically feasible, and are there companies already producing something like it or capable of developing one?

The hardware is technically feasible. A bracelet could include UWB, NFC, Bluetooth, secure credential storage, and a rechargeable battery. The bigger obstacle is software and ecosystem support: digital car keys generally require approval and integration from both the vehicle manufacturer and the platform providing the wallet.
A screenless design creates a serious security problem for wallet functions. Users need some way to authenticate and confirm what they’re approving. A button alone would blindly authorize a transaction, while a phone or watch can show the amount and request a PIN, fingerprint, or other confirmation. It might work as a narrowly restricted car key, but a general-purpose payment wallet would be much harder to secure without a display.
The most practical route would probably be a dedicated wearable key rather than trying to make it a full payment wallet. If the vehicle supports hands-free digital keys, the bracelet could potentially authenticate through proximity and secure hardware, but the car manufacturer would still need to support that device or credential. Adding aftermarket hardware to bypass the car’s security system could also create legal and safety issues.
Some screenless fitness and activity bands already demonstrate that a small wearable can operate without a display. However, that doesn’t mean they support digital keys. You would need a secure element, the correct UWB and NFC protocols, compatible Android wallet support, and a car that recognizes the bracelet as an approved key.
