I updated my RTX 3070 to GeForce Game Ready Driver 617.14, but my performance became noticeably worse, so I rolled back to version 616.92. Has anyone else experienced FPS drops or other problems with the new driver?

No problems here so far, although I’m on different hardware. It may be worth checking whether the issue is specific to the RTX 3070 or to the upgrade process itself.
I had a similar issue where my FPS dropped badly after installing 617.14. Rolling back to an older driver, 610.88 in my case, fixed it.
I’m using an RTX 3080 and actually saw my best performance so far with 617.14, especially with improved 1% lows. Driver results may vary by GPU and system, so doing a clean reinstall with DDU could be worth trying.
