I'm planning to buy an Apple Watch Series 12 with cellular connectivity. My iPhone Air already uses an eSIM, and my provider is Spintel. Can the watch share my existing phone plan and number, or would I need to add a separate wearable plan or line?

This is entirely carrier-specific. The watch’s eSIM isn’t activated like a normal standalone phone eSIM; your provider has to support Apple Watch cellular plans. I couldn’t find a clear wearable option for Spintel, so contact them and ask whether they support Apple Watch cellular add-ons, number sharing, and any additional monthly fees.
A cellular Apple Watch generally needs its own service activation, but it may be added as an extra wearable line on your existing account rather than requiring a completely separate phone plan. Whether it can share your number depends on the carrier’s support for Apple Watch service.
