I'm in the United States and have a budget of about $1,600–$1,900 for a new gaming PC and monitor. I mainly play Rocket League and Counter-Strike 2, and I'd like to average roughly 240–280 FPS. I currently use a 144 Hz monitor and would like recommendations for a higher-refresh-rate upgrade as part of the setup. I'm not very familiar with choosing PC components, so any guidance on parts, compatibility, or prebuilt alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
