I'm planning to build a gaming PC with a budget of about $1,400 USD, though I can stretch to around $1,500 if the extra money makes a meaningful difference. I want to play games such as Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Duet Night Abyss, the Life is Strange series, both A Plague Tale games, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, Resident Evil 4, and Resident Evil Requiem. My priorities are high frame rates, smooth gameplay, and avoiding stutter or lag. What components would you recommend for this budget? I also don't live particularly close to a Micro Center, so traveling there may be inconvenient.

Micro Center bundles can sometimes be excellent value, especially when they combine a CPU, motherboard, and memory. One person mentioned getting those three parts for about $350, but the closest store may be around two and a half hours away, so you’d need to decide whether the savings justify the trip.
I’ll keep the bundle deals in mind, although the distance makes a trip difficult.
