I understand the core basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and my college course will cover them in depth. Over the past couple of weeks I have mainly been reviewing fundamentals and taking notes, using online documentation and tutorials to study. Are there any good courses, bootcamps, or learning paths that could help me improve and get a head start?

FreeCodeCamp and The Odin Project are both solid choices. They provide structured lessons and practical projects instead of only having you watch tutorials. Since you already know the basics, you can skip familiar sections and focus on the exercises and projects.
If you want an additional reference, look for programming language guides and documentation collections such as Goalkicker. Still, use those as references while working on projects rather than reading everything from start to finish. Building, getting stuck, and figuring out how to continue is one of the fastest ways to improve.
Once you understand the fundamentals, it is better to stop collecting notes and start building something. Make a personal website or another small project using plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Whenever you get stuck, look up that specific problem in the documentation, fix it, and keep moving. The hands-on practice is where most of the learning happens.
