I accidentally caught my headphone cable in my chair wheel and pulled the metal sleeve out of the front 3.5mm headphone port on my Fractal North case. The headphone plug itself was also bent significantly. Since then, any headphones connected to the front jack only play audio through the right ear. Is the front I/O panel repairable or replaceable, or is there a practical workaround?

You can use the rear motherboard headphone jack and swap between your speakers and headphones as needed. A 3.5mm audio switch connected to the rear output would make that more convenient than repeatedly unplugging cables.
The cleanest fix is to contact Fractal and ask about a replacement front I/O panel. If they don't sell one separately, you can simply use the motherboard's rear audio output instead. A USB audio adapter is another easy option if you need an additional headphone connection.
If you want to repair the case connection, the front audio cable plugs into the motherboard's front-panel audio header. You could replace the damaged jack or front I/O assembly with a compatible part, but swapping the microphone and headphone ports generally won't work as a simple software change—the ports are wired for different functions. A replacement panel or a separate USB/3.5mm adapter is likely easier and safer.
