If color accuracy matters, a hardware colorimeter is the most reliable solution. It measures every screen and creates a calibration profile, rather than relying on your eyes to make the displays match. This is especially useful because the two monitors and the tablet use different panels and may have different color gamuts.
For texture painting, sRGB is usually the safest working color space unless your project specifically requires another standard. Check whether the AG Neovo, AOC, and Cintiq have manufacturer ICC/ICM profiles, then install and assign the correct profile to each display in Kubuntu's color-management settings. Make sure the operating system knows which profile belongs to which monitor.
Start by resetting each display to its Standard or sRGB picture preset, assuming those options are available. Then use the built-in menus to match brightness, contrast, color temperature, and gamma as closely as you can. Different panels may never look perfectly identical, but this should reduce the differences significantly.
