You can also try pressing a setup key repeatedly immediately after turning the PC on. For many custom motherboards, Delete or F2 works, while F10 or F12 may work on some systems. Start tapping the key as soon as the computer powers on, before Windows begins loading.
The most reliable method is through Windows. Hold Shift while selecting Restart, then go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart. The computer should boot directly into the BIOS/UEFI menu.
