I keep accidentally pressing F1–F3, which changes the volume when I'm trying to use those keys normally. I'd like to disable or remap the volume controls permanently, but I can't find an option in the system settings. Is there a function-lock, firmware, or software setting that can prevent these keys from adjusting the volume?

Try toggling the keyboard’s function-lock mode. On many laptops, Fn+Esc switches between media controls and standard F-key behavior, though the exact shortcut depends on the model.
Check the BIOS or UEFI settings for an option such as Action Keys Mode, Hotkey Mode, or Function Key Behavior. Changing that setting can make F1–F3 act as regular function keys instead of media controls.
I’ve searched for the setting, but I’m not sure which BIOS option applies to this particular keyboard.
If the keyboard supports custom layouts, remap F1–F3 with its configuration software or VIA. On Windows, a utility such as PowerToys Keyboard Manager may also let you assign those keys differently, although the media controls could be handled by the keyboard firmware.
