I'm trying to establish where my iPhone was several days ago because my boyfriend is questioning whether I was with someone else. Life360 recorded a drive at around 90 mph, and the route, acceleration, and braking data look consistent, but I don't believe the drive actually happened. I've already checked Google Timeline, iPhone Significant Locations, my camera roll for location metadata, and contacted Life360 support. I also attempted to create a sysdiagnose, but it didn't work. Is there any other way to recover reliable location history from my phone?

You can review any other records that were already enabled, such as location-tagged photos, ride or delivery receipts, calendar entries, messages with timestamps, or maps searches. Those may help establish a timeline, but they won’t necessarily prove your exact location, and there usually isn’t a hidden iPhone archive that can recreate several days of location data retroactively.
Life360’s support explanation is important: a trip can look detailed and internally consistent while still being wrong. The app estimates movement from GPS and network data, so weak signals, missing points, Wi-Fi interference, or connection problems can produce an incorrect route and driving statistics. If your phone didn’t save location history elsewhere, there may not be another reliable record to recover after the fact.
The bigger issue may be the expectation that you need to prove your whereabouts. Location apps can provide clues, but they aren’t perfect evidence, and you may not be able to reconstruct a complete history if Google Timeline and Significant Locations were disabled. A healthy relationship needs trust rather than increasingly detailed monitoring.
That makes sense, but I was hoping there might be another phone-level source that could independently confirm where I actually was.
