Those temperatures are normal for an i5-13400F, especially with the stock cooler during a demanding game. The processor’s temperature limit is much higher than this, so 75–80°C is not dangerous. You can leave it as-is unless the CPU starts reaching the upper 80s or 90s, throttling, or becoming unusually loud.
A higher fan speed may lower the temperature a little, but the simplest improvement would be replacing the stock cooler with an inexpensive tower cooler. Better case airflow and making sure the cooler is mounted correctly can also help.
