The room can occasionally fall to around 0°C or even -1°C overnight, and I'm concerned that the coolant or other components could freeze and cause damage. The bigger concern is condensation, not usually the liquid cooler freezing. If the PC is very cold and you bring warm, humid air into the room or turn it on immediately, moisture can form on the components. Let the system warm up fully before powering it on, and keep the room as dry as practical.
The coolant in most AIO coolers contains glycol or another antifreeze additive, so temperatures just below freezing generally shouldn’t freeze the loop. Still, check Zalman’s specifications if possible, since the exact coolant mixture and warranty limits can vary.
A temperature around -1°C is unlikely to damage a powered-off PC by itself, but it’s not an ideal operating environment. Avoid repeatedly cycling between very cold and warm conditions, and consider keeping the computer in a room that stays above freezing if those temperatures happen regularly.
