I'm planning a new PC build and the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB is about the most I can afford. I was interested in the XFX Mercury model, but it seems difficult to find in stock. Are there other 9060 XT models worth considering, preferably with three fans? I'm also planning to pair it with a Ryzen 7 5800X.
