I'm trying to verify where I was a few days ago because Life360 recorded a drive that supposedly reached 90 mph, with a route and driving statistics that looked consistent. I was not making that drive, but my boyfriend is suspicious and I'd like to find independent evidence of my actual location. I've already checked Google Timeline, iPhone Significant Locations, photo metadata, and contacted Life360 support. I also attempted to create a sysdiagnose report, but it didn't work. Are there any other places on an iPhone or through a service provider where I might recover location history from that day?

You could make a list of indirect records from that date: timestamps in messages, calls, work or school records, payment receipts, Wi-Fi connection history, transportation apps, and photos or videos. None of these may give a complete timeline, but several independent records can help establish where your phone was. Avoid altering anything; preserve the original timestamps and screenshots if you need to show them later.
The technical evidence may not settle the disagreement. If you have to reconstruct phone records to prove where you were, the bigger issue is the lack of trust in the relationship. You can explain that the Life360 record may be inaccurate, but you shouldn’t have to provide perfect surveillance data to be believed.
Life360’s explanation is plausible. GPS errors, weak signals, missing points, or network problems can produce a route that looks smooth and convincing even when the underlying location data is wrong. A drive-detection record by itself cannot establish that you or the car actually traveled that route, so it would be worth asking Life360 whether they can review the raw event data and explain any accuracy warnings.
If Google Timeline wasn’t enabled and Significant Locations didn’t record it, iOS generally doesn’t provide a complete, user-accessible history of everywhere the phone has been. You can still check photo metadata, Find My activity if available, Maps or rideshare history, calendar entries, messages, and any apps that may have recorded a visit, but there may not be a hidden system log you can recover afterward. A mobile carrier might have tower connection records, but those usually aren’t precise enough to prove an exact route and are not normally available through the phone itself.
Life360 support confirmed that a trip can look very precise while still being incorrect because the event is calculated from recorded GPS and speed changes. I’m mainly hoping there’s another phone-level source that can show where I actually was.
