I'm planning to upgrade my system from a Ryzen 7 2700, RTX 2060, 16GB of DDR4-3200, and a 500W EVGA 80 Plus power supply to a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, RX 9060 XT 16GB, 32GB of DDR4-3200, and a larger power supply. I'll be keeping the ASUS Prime B450M-A II motherboard, Wraith Prism cooler, and existing 1TB M.2 and 500GB SSD. The full upgrade is expected to cost around $775–$850. Does this look like a sensible upgrade path, and should I choose a 650W, 750W, or 850W PSU?

I’d go with at least a 750W unit, and 850W would give you more room for a future graphics card upgrade. A 650W PSU may run this setup, but it leaves less headroom and gives you fewer upgrade options later.
The 5700X3D and RX 9060 XT 16GB are a strong pairing, especially for high-resolution gaming. The GPU should work well for ultrawide 1440p, and the 32GB memory upgrade is worthwhile. I’d choose an 850W PSU rather than a 650W model so you don’t need to replace it again with your next GPU.
I’ll probably go with the 850W model for the extra upgrade flexibility.
