I'm putting together my first gaming PC and would appreciate a final sanity check before buying the remaining parts. My main target is 1440p gaming, including competitive shooters such as Battlefield, Warzone, and Overwatch, as well as demanding RPGs and open-world games like Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher, Elden Ring, Fallout, and God of War. I'd like to use high settings while maintaining strong performance for the next few years.

Does the build look balanced for 1440p? Am I overspending in any area, or is any component noticeably weaker than the rest? Is this more powerful than necessary for 1440p, or is the extra headroom worthwhile for high settings and long-term use? I already have a Thermaltake Toughpower GT 1000W power supply, a Thermalright Assassin Digital CPU cooler, and a 2TB Crucial P310 NVMe drive because I found good deals on them.

The main concern people might have is the mixed color scheme: you’re paying a premium for white components while the motherboard and memory are black. That can look a little mismatched if you’re aiming for a fully white build, but it doesn’t affect performance at all. If the component bundle saves you around $300, keeping the black parts is probably the more practical choice.
That’s fair. I would have preferred everything to be white, but the bundle savings are too good to pass up, and there doesn’t seem to be a comparable white motherboard option with the processor deal.
