I've spent about two weeks researching parts for my first PC and want to keep the complete setup around €1,300–€1,400. The current build is a Ryzen 5 7500F, Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT Pulse 16GB, 32GB of Kingston Fury Beast DDR5, a 2TB Samsung 990 PRO, MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE cooler, MSI MAG A650GL 650W Gold modular PSU, an MSI G255F 24.5-inch 1080p 180Hz monitor, and a Lian Li Vector V100 ATX case. I haven't found any obvious compatibility, bottleneck, or power issues, but I'd appreciate a second opinion on whether this is a sensible build for gaming and general use over the next several years. I'm also hoping to assemble it soon because I need to recover old data from a failing laptop.

It may also be worth comparing the total price against an alternative using a different CPU platform and DDR4 memory, which could potentially free enough money for a faster graphics card. That said, the proposed AM5 build is cleaner for future upgrades, so the alternative is mainly worth considering if the price difference is significant.
The 990 PRO is an excellent SSD, but it may be overkill for gaming and everyday use unless you’re getting it at a particularly good price. A less expensive 2TB NVMe drive would usually feel just as fast while leaving more of the budget available for other components or accessories.
The best final check depends on how you plan to use the machine. Multiple monitors, streaming, heavy multitasking, and the prices available in your particular European country could change which parts offer the best value. For a normal single-monitor gaming and general-purpose setup, though, this is a solid starting configuration.
The parts look well balanced and should work together without any major compatibility or power concerns. Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR5 is still a sensible amount for a new build, and the AM5 platform gives you a reasonable future upgrade path. Just make sure the case has enough airflow and that the graphics card physically fits.
