My Lenovo laptop suddenly opens to a Boot Menu that only lists "Windows Boot Manager." When I select it and press Enter, the same menu immediately appears again instead of starting Windows. I haven't used the laptop in several years, so I'm not sure how to check the BIOS settings or fix the boot loop.

Enter the BIOS setup and check the boot order. Make sure the internal drive or Windows Boot Manager entry is set as the first boot option, then save the changes and restart. On many Lenovo laptops, you can enter BIOS with F2, Fn+F2, or the small Novo button while the laptop is powered off.
Seeing “Windows Boot Manager” usually means the laptop is using UEFI mode and it can detect a Windows boot entry. However, that doesn’t guarantee Windows itself can start. If the boot order is correct and it still loops back to the menu, the EFI boot files, Windows installation, or internal drive may have a problem.
How do I find the boot order screen? I haven’t used this laptop in years and I’m not familiar with its BIOS menus.
