Looking for Recommendations on All-in-One Asset Management Software

I'm searching for a software platform that effectively combines both hardware and software asset management. I've already collected some insights from various discussions, but I'm seeking something that integrates everything into one solution and is suitable for my company's needs. Here's what I'm looking for:

- **Hardware Asset Management:** I need lifecycle management, asset assignment, and cost tracking, along with integrations with Intune and Jamf (with a potential future integration with NinjaOne).
- **Software Asset Management:** The platform should allow for tracking licenses, renewals, costs, and assignments, with a seamless integration with Entra. It should also be user-friendly enough for finance teams to access and review.
- **User Management:** I want an effective way to allocate assets during the onboarding and offboarding processes, along with integration with Hibob.
- **Turnkey Solution:** Ideally, I'm not looking to create or maintain a huge setup myself; I want as much functionality out of the box as possible.

Any recommendations for platforms that could meet these criteria or vendors I should steer clear of would be greatly appreciated! We have about 250 users now and plan to expand to include a sister company with an additional 200 users.

You might want to check out InvGate. They offer two separate tools, and for SMBs, their ITSM charges only for admins while their Asset Management doesn’t charge for non-IT assets. It may not have every feature you’re looking for, but it should work well for a smaller business like yours.

Consider Siit for all-in-one asset management including user allocation and license tracking. It integrates with Hibob, which you need, and should fit into your user count perfectly. It might not cover every detail on your list, but getting a demo could be worthwhile.

When I switched to new systems, most all-in-one tools felt limited on asset management. I went with Assetsonar, which manages both hardware and software in one place—covering lifecycle behavior, licenses, and assignments. It integrates with tools like Intune, Jamf, and Entra, and it was easy to handle onboarding and offboarding without needing too much setup.

A solid option is Setyl. They provide both hardware and software asset management tailored for companies your size. They cover all your specified needs, including direct integrations with Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne, Entra, and HiBob. The setup process is quick, taking about an hour, plus they offer unlimited support and training to help you get started easily.

I also recommend Setyl! We chose them for our needs, and it's been a great experience.

We’re developing an IT asset management platform called Omnia Manage. It will handle hardware lifecycle tracking, MDM integrations (including Intune and Jamf), and sync user management with your identity provider. We’re focused primarily on MSPs but are interested in collaborating with internal IT teams as well, especially since software license tracking is on our roadmap! If you think it might interest you, let’s chat.
