About five minutes ago, my Samsung Galaxy S20 slipped into water for roughly three seconds. It had a case on, and it looks like only the upper section around the cameras and the small opening near the top was submerged. I immediately removed the case and dried both the phone and case. Everything is still working normally, including the phone I'm using to write this. Should I take any extra precautions in case water got into the top microphone or another opening?

The Galaxy S20 series has an IP68 rating, so it is designed to withstand dust and freshwater submersion up to about 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. A three-second dip is well within that rating, assuming the phone is in good condition and its seals haven’t been damaged.
Remove the case and power the phone off for now. Cases can trap water against the phone, so leave everything separated in a dry, ventilated place until tomorrow. Avoid charging it while there may still be moisture in the USB port—the phone may warn you or refuse to charge until it dries.
