I'm having trouble getting my Lenovo T14s laptop running Windows 11 online over Wi‑Fi. The internet works normally on my phone, and the modem's status lights are both green. I've already restarted the laptop, reset the network adapter, and rebooted the modem and router, but the laptop still won't connect. What should I check next?

Since the phone has internet, the modem and service are probably fine, but that doesn’t completely rule out a router issue. Check whether the laptop receives an IP address, then try Windows’ Network Troubleshooter or reset the network settings under Settings > Network & internet > Advanced network settings. You may also need to update or reinstall the Lenovo wireless driver.
Try connecting the laptop to a different Wi‑Fi network, such as a phone hotspot or public network. If that works, the issue is probably specific to the router connection or saved Wi‑Fi profile. You can forget your home network in Windows and connect to it again by entering the password.
First, check the network icon in the bottom-right corner of Windows. Does it show nearby Wi‑Fi networks, or does it show a globe/no connection icon? If no networks appear, make sure Wi‑Fi and Airplane mode are set correctly and confirm that the laptop’s wireless adapter is enabled in Device Manager.

It is Wi‑Fi, and I’ll try testing it with another network and checking the wireless adapter. The laptop does see the network, but it still won’t get online.
