With this kind of no-display problem, first confirm that the monitor cable is connected to the graphics card rather than the motherboard. The Ryzen 5 5600 does not have integrated graphics, so the motherboard’s video outputs won’t work. If the graphics card is installed through a riser, try removing the riser and booting with the card directly in the motherboard’s top PCIe slot. A PCIe 4.0 card and PCIe 3.0 riser can sometimes result in the system powering on but producing no video. Also check the motherboard’s debug LEDs if it has them.
