After installing my RTX 5070 Ti and connecting all the required power cables, the motherboard still shows a red diagnostic light and a DRAM troubleshooting warning. The monitor does not detect a signal. What should I check, and could this simply be the system training the memory during its first boot?

On the first boot, especially with new or upgraded memory, the motherboard may take several minutes to complete memory training. Leave the system running for around 5–20 minutes and see whether it eventually displays an image. If there is still no signal afterward, then reseat the RAM and graphics card and double-check the power connections.
So after waiting 5–20 minutes, the monitor might start showing a signal once the memory training finishes?
