I just finished building my first PC, and all the fans and lighting turn on, but the monitor reports "No Signal." I initially connected the DisplayPort cable to the graphics card, then removed the graphics card and tried the motherboard's video output with the same result. My wired keyboard is plugged into a rear motherboard USB port but does not light up either.
The RAM sticks are installed in slots 2 and 4, and I believe they are fully seated—the gold contacts are no longer visible. However, their RGB lighting does not turn on. I also removed the motherboard battery for about 30 minutes to reset it, but that did not help. The system uses an AMD processor. What should I check next?

A small motherboard speaker can provide beep codes if the board supports them, which may identify a memory or graphics problem. Also verify that the monitor is powered on and set to the correct DisplayPort input. Be careful with the processor as a later step: if it was installed incorrectly or the socket has bent pins, the system may power on without displaying anything. Finally, remember that the motherboard video output only works if the specific AMD processor includes integrated graphics.
Check every power connection, especially the large motherboard connector and the separate CPU power connector near the top of the board. Also make sure the graphics card is fully seated and has any required PCIe power cables connected. A PC can still power its fans and lights when one of these connections is missing or loose.
Start by reseating the RAM. It often takes more force than expected, and both locking tabs should close completely around the stick. Try booting with only one module installed, then test the other module and different recommended slots if necessary. RGB not lighting up by itself does not prove the RAM is faulty, but improper seating can prevent the system from reaching POST.
Some AMD systems take a while to train the memory on the first startup, and the screen can remain blank during that process. A few minutes may be normal, but it should not continue indefinitely. Shut the system down, disconnect power, install one RAM stick, and try again. If the motherboard has debug LEDs or a diagnostic display, check whether it points to CPU, RAM, VGA, or boot.
I waited around five minutes already, but I’ll retry with one stick and look for the motherboard’s diagnostic lights.
I pushed them in firmly and followed installation videos, but I’ll try testing one stick at a time and checking that both latches are fully closed.
