My PC suddenly shut down while I was playing League of Legends. Now it will not boot properly: the fans and case lights turn on, including the GPU fan, but there is no display on the monitor. Holding the power button also does not force the computer to shut down. I tried clearing the CMOS with a screwdriver and testing the RAM with one stick installed, but nothing changed. The system has a GTX 1650, Ryzen 5 3600, and Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. What should I test next?

Since the fans and lights turn on but there is no display, the system may be receiving power but failing before it reaches the BIOS/POST stage. Turn the power supply off, unplug the PC, and hold the case power button for about 30 seconds to discharge it. Then reconnect it and test again. Reseat the RAM and try each stick individually in different slots, and also remove and reseat the graphics card. Check the motherboard for any status LEDs, although this board may not have dedicated diagnostic lights.
A system that ignores a long press of the power button may be completely frozen at the hardware level rather than just having a Windows or storage problem. Disconnect unnecessary drives and USB devices, then test with only the motherboard, CPU and cooler, one RAM stick, and the graphics card connected. If it still powers on without displaying anything, testing with a known-good power supply would be a good next step, since a failing PSU can cause a shutdown under gaming load.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte B450M DS3H, and I could not find any diagnostic LEDs on it.
