I upgraded the memory in my gaming PC, and now it powers on but never reaches the BIOS screen or sends a signal to the monitor. The system was working normally before I changed the RAM. My motherboard is an ASUS PRIME B760M-A AX with an Intel i7-14700F and RTX 4060 Ti. The original memory was TeamGroup T-Force Vulcan DDR5, and I installed a 2x16GB Lexar DDR5-6000 CL38 kit rated at 1.35V. I removed the new kit and reinstalled the original stick that had worked previously, but the computer still powers on with fans and RGB running while the display remains blank. I have already tried clearing the CMOS using the CLRTC pins and reseating the GPU and RAM.

Try a complete CMOS reset. Shut the PC down, switch off and unplug the power supply, then remove the CMOS battery for around 15 minutes before reinstalling it. Afterward, boot with only one known-good RAM stick installed in the recommended slot and give the system a few minutes to retrain the memory.
Since the i7-14700F does not have integrated graphics, the monitor must be connected to the RTX 4060 Ti. Reseat the card and its power cable, check the monitor input and cable, and test another output on the GPU if possible. Removing the GPU will not provide an onboard display with this processor.
I removed and reseated the GPU, but there was still no display. Since this CPU has no integrated graphics, I can’t use the motherboard video outputs.
Try fully discharging the system before testing again: unplug every power cable, hold the case power button for several seconds, remove the RAM, and briefly power the system on with no memory installed. Turn it off, reinstall one RAM stick, reconnect power, and try booting again. Test one stick at a time in the motherboard’s recommended slot.
I tried the discharge procedure and reinstalling the memory, but unfortunately there was still no change.
I tried clearing the CMOS with the CLRTC pins, but it didn’t change anything.
