I'm putting together a new PC with a Ryzen 5 9600X and need to choose between two graphics cards. The options available to me are an RX 9070 XT Challenger for €790 and an RTX 5070 Ti from INNO3D for €850. Is the extra €60 for the RTX 5070 Ti worthwhile, or would the RX 9070 XT offer better value?

With only a €60 difference, the RTX 5070 Ti is probably the better all-around choice. It offers strong performance along with better ray tracing, frame-generation features, software support, and generally reliable Windows compatibility. The RX 9070 XT can be competitive in traditional rasterized games, but the price gap is small enough that Nvidia’s broader feature set makes the 5070 Ti easier to recommend.
At those prices, either card is reasonable. The RX 9070 XT is usually expected to be noticeably cheaper than the RTX 5070 Ti, so €790 versus €850 makes this a much closer comparison. If you mainly care about standard gaming performance, the RX 9070 XT remains good value; if you want ray tracing, upscaling, and wider software support, spend the extra €60 on the 5070 Ti.
