I'm trying to build a gaming PC on a budget of 800 pounds in the UK. So far, I've chosen some components, but I've gone over budget. Here's what I have: a dual OC 5060 (8GB, non-Ti), 64GB of DDR4 RAM (which was a great deal!), a 1TB SSD from Samsung (not sure about the exact model), an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X CPU, a DeepCool CG530 case, an NZXT 650W PSU, an Asus Prime B550 M-A motherboard, and a Thermalright 240mm AIO cooler. I need to know what parts I can swap out while still ensuring I can run games like Minecraft, Red Dead 2, GTA 5, and Cyberpunk on high settings at 1080 to 1440p without exceeding my budget.

I think you should either swap out the RAM or the CPU. The Ryzen 5 9600X doesn’t support DDR4 RAM, which is a bit of a problem for your setup. You might want to consider getting down to 32GB of RAM as that should still be plenty for gaming and will save you some cash.
If you're aiming for 1440p gaming, it's worth looking into a GPU with more VRAM, but it sounds like you're sticking to 1080p due to budget constraints. Just keep in mind the performance hit you might face at higher settings with a standard 5060.
Right, I think sticking to 1080p will keep my options open without blowing my budget.
You might want to upgrade the CPU to a 5700X or 5800X. If you have access to AliExpress, the 5500X3D could also be a solid option. But honestly, if you're keeping the RAM as it is, just go with the most affordable of those CPUs since they won't be compatible with DDR4 anyway.
Would that really affect my gaming performance significantly? Any recommendations for a CPU in the 150-180 pound range?
Consider selling the 64GB of DDR4 RAM you have and then buying some DDR5 RAM if you're sticking with the Ryzen 5 9600X or looking to get an AM5 CPU later on. It could help free up some cash for other parts.
How much can I expect to get for the DDR4 RAM?

What can you suggest in terms of RAM to cut costs?
