I have a Z27 Spectre monitor with a two-pin AC power input, but I'm not sure which cable fits it. I'm having trouble uploading photos from my phone, so I'd appreciate help identifying the correct cable type.

It uses a standard IEC C7 power cable, often called a figure-eight cable. Make sure you choose the non-polarized version, since the monitor has a symmetrical two-pin inlet. These cables are commonly available from electronics and office-supply retailers.
