I bought this PC about two years ago and have already upgraded the graphics card and memory. I currently have an RX 7600, Ryzen 5 5500, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a 466GB XPG GAMMIX S50 Core SSD, and a Gigabyte A520M S2H motherboard. I play at 1440p and have roughly €200 to spend. Which upgrade would provide the biggest improvement, or should I save until I have a larger budget?

At 1440p, the graphics card is usually the main limitation, but €200 probably is not enough for a worthwhile GPU upgrade. I’d keep the current setup and save for a more substantial graphics card upgrade instead of spending money for a barely noticeable change.
You could look at a used 5800X3D-class processor, but pricing and compatibility would need to be checked carefully, and the A520 board may not be ideal for a high-end chip. With this budget, I’d avoid forcing an upgrade and wait until you can afford a clearly faster GPU or a newer platform.
A Ryzen 5 5600 would be a reasonable drop-in CPU upgrade if you find one cheaply, and a 5700X3D or 5500X3D could be worth considering if the price is unusually good. Just check CPU support and update the motherboard BIOS first. The performance increase probably won’t justify spending the entire budget, though.
If the goal is a noticeable improvement to the overall experience rather than more gaming FPS, a good pair of wired headphones or speakers could make better use of the budget. For gaming performance specifically, though, I’d save the money.
The 466GB SSD is fairly small, so adding a larger drive could be the most practical upgrade if you’re running out of space. Otherwise, there’s no urgent hardware problem here—saving the €200 for a future GPU or platform upgrade makes more sense.
