My current PC has an Intel Core i5-9400F, a Biostar TB360-BTC PRO 2.0 motherboard, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 memory, a GeForce RTX 3060 1-Click OC, and a Gigabyte GP-P750GM power supply. I mainly play Battlefield 6 and want to improve performance. I would prefer to keep my current 32GB of RAM rather than buy new memory. Which component should I upgrade first, and what parts would make sense with my existing DDR4 setup?

The i5-9400F is probably the biggest limitation, especially in a large multiplayer game. A used i7-9700 or i9-9900 could be a relatively inexpensive drop-in upgrade, although the improvement may not justify spending much on such an old platform.
For a more substantial upgrade, keep the DDR4 memory and move to a B760 DDR4 motherboard with an i5-14600 or i7-14700. After that, upgrade the RTX 3060 if you want higher graphics settings or resolution. Check motherboard BIOS support and cooling requirements before buying.
Both the newer Intel DDR4 route and the AM4 route are effectively end-of-platform upgrades. The 5800X3D is efficient and easier to cool, while an i5-14600 or i7-14700 may offer stronger overall performance. With an RTX 3060, though, a very high-end CPU would be excessive unless you plan to replace the graphics card later.
An AMD option would be a B550 motherboard with a Ryzen 5 5600, Ryzen 7 5800X, or preferably a 5800X3D if you can find one at a good price. The 5800X3D is especially strong for gaming and works well with DDR4, so you would not need to replace your RAM.
