We're an MSP currently using the security awareness training included with Proofpoint, but managing it has become frustrating. It's difficult to filter and assign training to licensed users, and there isn't an easy way to extend deadlines or automatically notify people who haven't completed their assignments. The process requires too much ongoing maintenance. I'm looking for a platform that can mostly be configured once, run automatically, and provide managers with completion reports.

Usecure is another option I’ve liked. For a small business, annual training can work, but an MSP supporting multiple clients will probably benefit more from automated campaigns, reminders, and per-client reporting than from manually tracking attendance.
We’ve had a good experience with NINJIO. The videos use realistic examples and are engaging without being difficult to follow. KnowBe4 may have stronger phishing simulation capabilities, but NINJIO has worked well for keeping the training approachable.
MetaCompliance is another platform worth checking out. It offers security awareness courses, campaigns, and reporting features that may be easier to manage than your current setup.
KnowBe4 is probably the most common option. It has solid training content, phishing simulations, reminders, and reporting, although it may take more configuration and ongoing management than you’re looking for in an MSP environment.
Huntress Managed SAT seems like a strong fit for an MSP. It’s designed to be low-maintenance, and you can configure recurring monthly training and phishing tests to run automatically. Once it’s set up, there’s very little day-to-day administration, and manager reporting is straightforward.
