For gaming value, I’d lean toward the 7800X3D bundle. Its extra 3D V-Cache generally improves gaming performance and especially helps frame-time consistency and 1% lows. The 9700X makes more sense if you’ll also do significant rendering, compiling, encoding, or other productivity work, since its additional cores are more useful there than in most games. The 7600X3D is a good gaming chip, but the single-stick memory configuration is a real drawback, so the savings are less appealing unless you already have another suitable DDR5 module.
I’d choose the 7800X3D if the extra $50 over the 9700X bundle is comfortably within your budget. You get 32GB of memory, a strong gaming-focused CPU, and a better high-end gaming setup without a major compromise. The B650E board’s PCIe 5 support is nice for future expansion, but it probably shouldn’t be the deciding factor by itself.
The 7600X3D is still a very capable gaming processor, particularly at 1440p and 4K where the graphics card is usually the limiting factor.
