A few websites, including our banking site, fail to load on all three of our PCs. Firefox reports that the connection timed out and the server took too long to respond, while the same sites work normally on mobile devices. I have already reset DNS and cleared the browser cache. The computer date and time are correct, and no VPN is enabled. What else should I check?

Since the same sites fail on three computers but work on mobile, the problem is probably with the shared network rather than the PCs. Mobile devices may be switching to cellular data, which bypasses your home internet. Check the router’s DNS settings, firewall or filtering rules, and try temporarily using a public DNS service such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8. Restarting the modem and router may also help. If only certain sites are affected, an IPv6 or ISP routing problem is another possibility.
The VPN is off and the date and time are correct. The banking site and several other sites fail on all three PCs, while they load on mobile.
