When I use G-SYNC with a game, YouTube videos in another monitor can skip or stutter whenever the game is active. My setup uses G-SYNC Compatible mode, V-SYNC, Low Latency Mode, and an FPS limit of 116 on a 144 Hz display. Windows VRR is also enabled. I have three monitors set to the same refresh rate, and the video stuttering disappears when I disable G-SYNC Compatible mode. I've also tested 120 Hz and 144 Hz without improvement, and system usage stays low at roughly 20% for both the CPU and GPU. The system has an RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, Ryzen 5 7600, 32 GB of DDR5 memory, a Dell G2724D as the main display, an LG 27GL83A-B as the second display, and an Acer monitor in vertical orientation. Is Windows VRR conflicting with G-SYNC, and what settings should I change?

Try disabling VRR in Windows and test again. G-SYNC already handles variable refresh behavior, so enabling Windows VRR separately may be redundant or may contribute to the stutter. You can leave G-SYNC Compatible enabled in the NVIDIA settings while testing.
