My laptop periodically loses internet access and displays "No internet, secured" for a few minutes before reconnecting on its own. The Wi‑Fi continues working normally on every other device, so the problem seems limited to this laptop. I've already tried flushing DNS, resetting the network settings, and reinstalling the wireless drivers, but none of those fixes appeared to help. What else should I check?

Try restarting the router once, just to rule out a temporary router issue. If every other device stays connected and only the laptop drops out, though, the router probably isn’t the main cause.
More details about the laptop’s model, wireless adapter, router, and whether you use an extender would help narrow this down. Some newer routers combine the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks and use band steering to move devices between them. Certain wireless adapters don’t handle that smoothly, especially if the router delays or rejects connections on one band. Signal strength, outdated adapter firmware, hardware problems, or router compatibility could also be involved. If possible, try separating the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network names and connect the laptop to one band manually to see whether the disconnects stop.
Check the wireless adapter’s power-management settings in Device Manager. Some laptops disable or suspend the adapter to save power, which can cause intermittent dropouts. Also check the operating system’s power plan and test with power saving disabled if possible.
I checked for the option to let the system turn off the device to save power, but that setting isn’t available for my adapter.

Restarting the router didn’t change anything. It really does seem to happen only on this laptop.
