Whenever I try to shut down my Windows PC, I get a warning that someone else is using it. I'm the only person listed on the computer's accounts page, and I've already tried the usual basic fixes without success. Is there a reliable way to see which sessions or users are actually active and determine what is preventing the shutdown?

Open Command Prompt and run `quser`. It lists the active Windows sessions, including any disconnected or secondary sessions that may not be obvious elsewhere.
Task Manager can show currently logged-in users under the Users section. Keep in mind the accounts page only lists accounts that are allowed to sign in; it doesn’t necessarily show who has an active session.
It may be related to Windows automatically restoring the last user session after a restart. Checking the automatic sign-in or last-user session settings could help identify whether Windows is leaving a session active.
I checked Task Manager, but it only shows my own user account. I’m still trying to figure out what is triggering the warning.
