I saw Microsoft's announcement about GPT-Live-1 becoming available in Microsoft Foundry and have been checking the model catalog, but it still isn't showing up. Has anyone actually found it in their environment? I'm hoping to use it for a few proof-of-concept projects and would appreciate knowing whether availability depends on region, subscription type, or a staged rollout.

The model may be usable through the OpenAI API before it becomes available in Foundry. However, regional requirements can be a limitation—EU-only hosting may require a more expensive business arrangement with OpenAI.
Others are seeing the same thing, and it sounds like the model is nearly ready rather than being enabled for every Foundry account already. Availability may arrive gradually by region or subscription.
I can’t find it in our enterprise environment either. The announcement may have gone out before the model was fully published in the catalog, which seems to happen occasionally with newly announced services.
It doesn’t appear to be publicly listed yet. The model catalog still indicates that it hasn’t been published, so it may simply be waiting for the rollout to finish.
