Wi-Fi Isn’t Available on My Used PC, Even With a USB Adapter

First, make sure Airplane mode is turned off. If Wi-Fi is still missing, the most likely cause is that Windows doesn’t have the correct driver for either the built-in wireless card or the USB adapter. If possible, connect the PC to your router with an Ethernet cable, then run Windows Update. It may automatically download and install the needed driver.
