I'm new to PC gaming and currently have a base PS5. I'm considering building or buying my first gaming PC with an RTX 5070 and would use it with a 1440p monitor. If I played games at 1440p on ultra settings, would the image quality look noticeably better than it does on the PS5? I'm mainly interested in getting the best possible graphics, not just higher frame rates. Are there any other PC components I should pay attention to so the GPU isn't held back?

For a 1440p monitor, an RTX 5070 is more than capable of delivering a higher-quality image than the base PS5.
