PC Health Check says my computer meets the requirements for Windows 11, but the Windows Update page says the upgrade isn't available. Is there another compatibility setting I need to change, or a safe way to start the upgrade manually?

Your BIOS configuration could also be preventing the upgrade even if the hardware passes the basic check. Verify that settings such as TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are enabled, but be careful when changing BIOS or disk-partition settings and make sure your important files are backed up first.
Try using Microsoft’s Windows 11 Installation Assistant. It can start the upgrade directly when Windows Update hasn’t offered it yet, and it will check the system again before proceeding.
