I'm looking to build a PC that can run games like Valorant and CSGO 2 at 1080p and maintain at least 60 fps. I also want to do some coding on it. My budget is $250, and I'm located in India. I'm open to adding a GPU later if needed for playing lighter games released between 2015 and 2020.

Have you checked for reasonably priced GPUs like the RX 580 or GTX 1650? If you can find an old office PC and pair it with one of those GPUs, you could set yourself up pretty well. Just make sure to get a decent power supply too!
Yeah, I can get those GPUs easily. I'm just a bit confused about which other parts I should go for since my budget is tight.
